At least now I can
breathe a little better
was sucked under
choked on my words
but I'm slowly
making my way up
Feels like something was beneath
pulling me
holding me down
turned out
it was only myself
I had to fight it
push myself
off the bottom
only to discover
the way back up
wasn't as far as I expected
It's true that
the only thing
to fear
is fear itself
and that fear was me
